販売価格
全ての価格は消費税を含んで表示されています。月額会員費および教材費は「プログラム」ページに記載されています。
All prices are displayed including consumption tax. Membership and material fees are on the "Programs" page.
商品代金以外の必要料金
**入会金：¥11,000（初回のみ）。**銀行振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。（ただし、現時点では銀行振込は受け付けておりません。）
Enrollment fee (one-time): ¥11,000. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer (though bank transfers are not currently accepted).
支払い方法
**現金のみ。**クレジットカード、銀行振込、その他の電子決済は一切受け付けておりません。
Cash only. Credit cards, bank transfers, or other electronic payments are not accepted.
支払い時期
月謝は、毎月最初のレッスン日までに現金でお支払いください。
Monthly fees are to be paid in cash by the first lesson of the month.
サービス提供時期
クラスは、入会および支払い確認後、最初の予定された授業開始日に開始されます。
Classes begin on the first scheduled class date after enrollment and payment confirmation.
販売数量の制限
各クラスは8名までです。登録は先着順となります。
Classes are limited to 8 students. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
クラス形式
提供されるのは月額会員制クラスのみです。振替・フレックスクラスは提供しておりません。
Only Monthly Membership Classes are offered. No make-up or flex classes.
3. 返品・交換・キャンセルについて (Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations)

月謝の性質
月謝は会員費であり、固定されたクラス枠への権利です。
The monthly fee is a membership fee, securing the right to a fixed class slot.
生徒都合による欠席・出席停止
生徒都合による欠席（病欠、旅行、遅刻を含む）および伝染病による出席停止については、振替レッスン、月謝の減額・返金は一切行いません。
No make-up lessons, refunds, or fee reductions for any student absence or suspension due to infectious disease.
当教室都合のキャンセル
地震、吹雪、台風、大規模な水害、または伝染病の発生など、公立学校が閉鎖される天災または不可抗力、あるいは当教室都合によりレッスンが休講となった場合、不履行部分についてのみ返金します。返金額は、月謝を年間レッスン回数（42回）の12分の1で除した日額をもって計算します。振替レッスンおよび上記以外の損害賠償は行いません。
If class is cancelled due to school reasons, Act of God, or force majeure, a refund will be provided only for the unfulfilled portion. The refund amount is calculated by dividing the monthly fee by the fractional daily value (Monthly Fee / [42 lessons / 12]). No make-up lessons or other damages will be provided.
月額会員制契約の解約
希望する解約月の前月10日までにご連絡ください（例：4月からレッスンを中止する場合、3月10日までにご連絡ください）。
Notify by the 10th of the month prior to the desired cessation month.
返金
一切のサービスにおける返金は、承認された解約手続き後の月額契約停止を除き、原則として発生しません。
Refunds for all services are strictly not provided, except for the cessation of the monthly contract following the approved cancellation procedure.
4. 責任の所在およびデジタルレッスン環境 (Liability and Digital Lesson Environment)

駐車場の安全管理
駐車場のエリアおよび教室への往来における事故や怪我について、**当教室の責めに帰すべき事由がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。**保護者の責任のもと、お子様が駐車場で遊ばないよう、安全に注意してください。
The school assumes no responsibility for injuries or accidents occurring in the parking area or on the way to/from the classroom, except for those incidents directly attributable to the school’s fault or negligence. Parents are responsible for safety.
個別オンラインレッスン
（Zoom等を利用した個別レッスンのみに適用）安定したインターネット接続（ブロードバンド推奨）、ウェブカメラ、およびマイクを備えたデバイスが必要です。Windows 10以降、macOS 10.15以降、iOS 14以降、Android 10以降に対応しています。必要な機器： PC、タブレット、またはスマートフォン。
Individual Online Lessons (Private lessons only): Requires a device with a stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone.

準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
管轄裁判所
本規約に起因または関連する紛争は全て、日本の富山地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Toyama District Court in Japan.
