2. 商品・サービス情報および販売条件

• 販売価格: 全ての価格は消費税を含んで表示されています。

  • フレックスクラスおよび月額会員費は「ハイブリッドプログラム」ページに記載されています。

  • 教材費は「ハイブリッドプログラム」ページに詳細が記載されています。

• 商品代金以外の必要料金: お客様が商品またはサービス費用以外に負担する可能性のある費用について記載します。

  • 月額会員制クラスのみの入会金：¥11,000（初回のみ）

  • 半期施設費：¥2,400

  • 銀行振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。

• 支払い方法:

  • クレジットカード（Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners）

• 支払い時期: お客様がお支払いをされる期間。

  • クレジットカード決済は、お申し込み時に即時処理されます。

  • 月額会員制クラスの月謝は、毎月最初のレッスン日までに現金でお支払いください。

• サービス提供時期: お客様が申し込み後、サービスが提供される時期。

  • オンラインレッスンへのアクセスは、支払い確認後、予定された日時から即座に許可されます。

  • 対面クラスは、入会および支払い確認後、最初の予定された授業開始日に開始されます。

• 販売数量の制限:

  • 対面およびオンラインの各クラスは8名までです。登録は先着順となります。

3. 返品・交換・キャンセルについて

• キャンセルおよび振替レッスン:

  • レッスンのキャンセルまたは欠席：フレックスクラスの場合、ウェブサイト上でクラスをキャンセルできます。キャンセルのご要望はレッスン開始の48時間前までに受領される必要があり、全額返金されます。レッスン開始の4時間から48時間前までにキャンセルされた場合、振替レッスンが手配されます。レッスン開始の4時間前までにキャンセルされなかったレッスンは返金されません。月額会員制クラスの場合、全てのレッスンに出席することは生徒の責任です。レッスンのキャンセルはできません。生徒は500円の費用で別日に振替レッスンを受講する選択肢が与えられます。生徒が1ヶ月以内に別日に振替レッスンに出席できない場合、振替レッスンは提供されず、返金もありません。

  • 子ども英会話教室イングリッシュストーンによるレッスンキャンセル：子ども英会話教室イングリッシュストーンがレッスンをキャンセルした場合、フレックスクラスは返金を受けます。月額会員制クラスは後日振替レッスンを受講する選択肢が与えられます。スケジュールの問題で振替レッスンが行えない場合、キャンセルされたレッスン1回につき2,000円が生徒に返金されます。

  • その他のキャンセル：自然災害、危険な気象条件（例：台風、吹雪、竜巻など）、社会不安、戦争、その他の不可抗力によるレッスンキャンセルは返金されません。

  • 月額会員制契約の解約：希望する解約月の前月10日までにご連絡ください（例：4月からレッスンを中止する場合、3月10日までにご連絡ください）。

• 返金: 承認されたキャンセルに対する返金は、ご請求確認後10営業日以内に処理されます。

4. オンラインクラス／デジタルコンテンツの動作環境

• 動作環境: 安定したインターネット接続（ブロードバンド推奨）、ウェブカメラ、およびマイクを備えたデバイスが必要です。Windows 10以降、macOS 10.15以降、iOS 14以降、Android 10以降に対応しています。

• 必要な機器: PC、タブレット、またはスマートフォン。

5. その他重要な情報

• 準拠法: 本規約は日本法に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されるものとします。

• 管轄裁判所: 本規約に起因または関連する紛争は全て、日本の富山地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

2. Product/Service Information & Sales Conditions

• Prices: All prices are displayed including consumption tax.

  • Flex class and membership fees are listed on the ‘Hybrid Programs’ page.

  • Material fees are detailed on the ‘Hybrid Programs’ page.

• Additional Fees: Provide information about any fees that your customers may be subject to in addition to the cost of the product or service itself.

  • Enrollment fee for monthly membership classes only: ¥1,1000 (one-time)

  • Semiannual facility fee: ¥2,400

  • Bank transfer fees to be borne by the customer.

• Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Amex, Diners)

• Payment Period: Period that customers are expected to make payments.

  • Credit card payments are processed immediately upon application.

  • Monthly recurring payments are to be paid in cash by the first lesson of the month.

• Service Provision Time: When the service will be provided after the customer has placed an order.

  • Access to online lesson is granted on the scheduled date and time immediately upon payment confirmation.

  • In-person classes begin on the first scheduled class date after enrollment and payment confirmation.

• Available Quantity:

  • Each class in person and online is limited to 8 students. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

• Cancelations and make up lessons:

  • Lesson cancellations or missed lessons: For Flex classes you can cancel your class on the website. Cancelations requests must be received 48 hours prior to the start of the lesson and a full refund will be given. A make-up lesson will be scheduled if the lesson is canceled between 4 to 48 hours before the lesson. lesson which are not canceled at least 4 hours before the lesson start time will not be refunded. In the case of monthly membership classes, it is the responsibility of the student to make every lesson. Lessons cannot be cancelled. Students will be given the option of a make-up lesson on a different day at the cost of 500yen. If it’s not possible for the student to attend a make-up lesson on another day within the period of one month no make-up lesson shall be offered and there shall be no refund.

  • 子ども英会話教室イングリッシュストーン lesson cancelations. In the case where 子ども英会話教室イングリッシュストーン cancels a lesson. Flex classes will receive a refund. Monthly membership classes will be given the option of attending a makeup lesson at a later date. When no makeup lesson can be made due to scheduling issues 2000 yen per canceled lesson shall be refunded to the student.

  • Other cancellations: Lesson cancellations due to natural disasters, dangerous weather conditions (e.g., typhoons, blizzards, tornadoes, etc.), Social unrest, war or other acts of God shall not be refunded.

  • Cancellation of ongoing monthly contracts: Please notify us by the 10th of the month prior to your desired cessation month (e.g., notify by March 10th to stop lessons from April).

• Refunds: Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 10 business days after the request is confirmed.

4. Operating Environment for online classes / digital content

• Operating Environment: Requires a device with a stable internet connection (broadband recommended), a webcam, and a microphone. Compatible with Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.15 or later, iOS 14 or later, Android 10 or later

• Necessary Equipment: PC, tablet, or smartphone.

5. Other Important Information

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Toyama District Court in Japan.
